Almond Icing

Ingredients:

1/2 lb ground almonds
1/2 lb castor sugar
2 eggs
1 tablespoonful brandy
1 tablespoon orange flower water

Method:

Mix 1/2 lb almonds with 1/2 lb castor sugar, 2 eggs, 1 tablespoon of orange flower water, 1 tablespoon brandy. Make into a soft ball. Roll out the size of cake, cut the cake and flour it, put on the almond icing and stand  for one day.
