Butter Icing

Ingredients:

2 ozs fresh butter

4 ozs icing sugar

flavouring and colouring to taste

Method:

Beat the butter until creamy, add icing sugar and beat until smooth. Add flavouring desired. If chocolate - 2 ozs grated chocolate and vanilla essence. For Coffee Butter add tablespoon of coffee essence to above ingredients.
