Lemon Curd
Ingredients:
1/2 lb sugar
3 eggs
2 osz butter
Grated rind and juice of 1 lemon
Method:
Put all into a double saucepan. Stir all the time until it thickens to the consistency of honey. This will keep for any length or time (air tight).
