Vienna Bread

Ingredients:

3 1/2 lbs flour
3 ozs butter
3 ozs sugar
1 oz yeast
1/2 pkt new milk
Warm water

Method:

Melt butter (or rub into flour). Mix yeast with teaspoon sugar. Mix butter and 1/2 pkt milk and add to the yeast. Mix into flour. If required some water may be added. Bake in a moderate oven.
