Vienna Icing

Ingredients:

4 ozs fresh butter
2 ozs icing sugar
2 tablespoons liqueur

Method:

Beat the butter to a cream. Add icing and liquer and divide into four parts. To the first part add 1 oz chocolate and vanilla.
To the second part add chopped walnuts and brandy.
To the third part add apricot ham tablespoon full.
To the fourth part add chopped almonds.
