Apricot Jam
Ingredients:
2 lbs apricots
6 lbs sugar
6 pts water
juice of 2 lemons
Method:
Wash and soak for 24 hrs. Cook with water until tender - about 1/2 hour. Add lemon juice and sugar. Boil rapidly until it sets.
