Cake Delicious

Ingredients:

4 ozs butter

5 ozs sugar

1/2 lb flour

3 eggs

flavouring

salt

3 ozs fruit

1 teaspoon baking powder

Method:

Beat sugar and butter to a cream. Add eggs (beaten or unbeaten) and flour alternately. Add fruit, salt, flavouring and baking powder. Put into a greased tin. Bake in a moderately hot oven (about 2 hrs).
