Choux Pastry
Ingredients:
4 ozs flour
2 ozs butter
whipped cream
3 eggs
1 gill water
Method:
Put butter and water into a saucepan and bring to the boil. Add flour and stir mixture over a slow fire with a wooden spoon until it forms a smooth paste. Draw to side of fire and add eggs (unbeaten). Place in spoonfulls in a greased baking tin. Bake in a hot oven for 15 mins or until of a pale fawn colour. Fill with whipped cream and dust with icing sugar.
