Plum Cake

Ingredients:

1/2 lb butter

1/2 lb sugar

10 ozs flour

1/2 glass whiskey

1 lb currants

spices

5 eggs

1/2 lb sultanas

1/2 lb valencias

1/4 lb peel

Method:

Mix all ingredients together and steam for 3 hours and bake for 1 hour.
