Swiss Roll
Ingredients:
2 ozs flour
3 ozs sugar
2 eggs
1 tablespoon milk
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 cup warm jam
flavouring
Method:
Separate yolks from whites. Beat the yolks and sugar till white and creamy, add milk and flavouring. Mix in flour. Fold in whites without breaking. Add baking powder and bake in a moderate oven for 20 mins.
